The interior unfolds in tasteful decor, creating an atmosphere you’ll never want to leave. The space Enter into the airy open concept living room filled with beach vibes. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to satisfy the gourmet chef, including a blender, coffee pot and toaster. There is seating for 6 at the table and 3 at the bar. Eat in dining area leads out to the private and fenced back patio and pool area where you'll find a gas grill, comfortable furniture for outdoor entertaining, and lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing and sunbathing. Rinse away the sand and salt in the private outdoor shower. There are floats and toys for pool fun. Beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon tote for the beach are kept in the pool shed. 6 passenger golf cart is available for an additional fee. Off to the right of the living room (front) is a bedroom with a queen bed, which shares a full bath with the second bedroom which features a twin bed, full bed, and a pull out twin trundle bed. To the back of the home is the spacious master bedroom which overlooks the pool. The connecting spacious master bath features double sinks, a large jetted soaking tub and separate shower. Guest access Entire house with the exception of one closet in the master bedroom. The garage is not locked and can be accessed but there are tools, equipment, and chemicals which can be hazardous. We advise parking in the driveway rather than the garage. Other things to note Pool is open year round, however there will be an additional charge of $50/day if you would like the pool heated during the months of October-April. Street legal, 6 Passenger golf cart (low speed vehicle) is available to our guests for an additional fee. Please inquire with host directly for details. Bicycles and paddle boards are for our guests use at no additional fee.
