A security deposit of 1000 Php is mandatory and will be gathered upon your check-in. This security deposit will be fully reimbursed, provided that no extra charges are accrued throughout your stay. 2. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for 250 PHP per hour, subject to availability. Flexible check-in and check-out times can be arranged if there are no guests scheduled immediately before or after your stay. 3. Access to the clubhouse pool is complimentary for the first two guests. A fee of 100 Php applies for each additional guest. The pool is open from 9 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, and is closed on Mondays for maintenance and cleaning. Please adhere to all swimming pool guidelines. We are not liable for any accidents or incidents that may occur while using the pool. 4. Free and paid parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly inquire with the receptionist/guards on duty for available parking options. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of property or vehicles. Please ensure your vehicle is secured properly. 5. Our high-speed internet from PLDT reaches 30-40 Mbps, depending on the number of connected users. Mobile signal strength varies with cell tower proximity. Any connection and signal issues are the responsibility of third-party providers and beyond our control. 6. We kindly ask guests to adhere to our "clean as you go" policy during your stay. This means keeping your surroundings tidy by promptly cleaning up after yourself, ensuring all areas are left as you found them, disposing of any waste in the designated bins, and washing any used kitchen and dining items. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment is greatly appreciated by our team. Please note that cleaning fees may be applied upon check-out. 7. We at Rendezvous Pasig has strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy. Once you have made a reservation with us, it is considered final and non-cancellable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from coming, but we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. 8. If you wish to rebook your reservation at Rendezvous Pasig, please note that we do not allow rebooking within two weeks prior to your check-in date. This means that any changes to your reservation must be made at least two weeks before your scheduled arrival. 9.
