Located in North Yorkshire it's only a short drive to spend an afternoon in Richmond or explore the nearby Yorkshire Dales. Later, spend your evening relaxing and recharging in the warm waters of your private wood fired hot tub - glass of fizz in hand and gazing at the stars. The space Snuggle down in the cosy Yorkshire-made double bed with cotton linens, a reading light and handy USB chargers. The spacious en-suite has a shower, toilet and basin, complete with fluffy towels from the heated rail. The well appointed kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, hob (no oven), fridge with freezer box, plus crockery, glassware and cooking utensils, has everything you should need, plus seating at the table for two. There's also the option to dine outside at the table and bench seating on the patio, cooking on the fire pit and grill. The private wood fired hot tub is tucked away and slightly sunken, providing a great spot for relaxing at the end of the day. Our wellness experience, The Sauna at Hewn Yorkshire offers a luxurious retreat for you to unwind and rejuvenate. Let the gentle heat envelope you while you soak in the majestic vistas. Afterwards, cool down in the reinvigorating cold drench shower or relax on the sun loungers on the deck. It's an experience that will reawaken your senses and transport you to a state of pure bliss. The Sauna at Hewn Yorkshire is bookable on an hourly basis (subject to availability) at £20 per couple. Bookings can be made in advance by messaging us or by booking when checking in. Please note, we do not have Wifi available and phone signal can be patchy depending on your service provider. Driving directions can also be found in our Guidebook here Upon your arrival at Forcett Grange, follow all the signs for Hewn Yorkshire and park in front of Reception (not The Log Company office) to check-in. We do take a £50 pre-authorisation for all stays. We’ll then advise you of your allocated car parking (one car per cabin) and your cabin keys and then show how to use your wood fired hot tub, which will be preheated for you too. Please note: we don’t permit any vans or works vehicles on-site - these would also remain parked in the overflow once unloaded. Other things to note Dog Friendly We are a dog friendly site and you may bring up to two dogs with you - our Pet Fee is £10 pdpn, please add your dog/s when booking. Sorry, no cats! Wood Fired Hot Tub We will have pre-lit your hot tub for your arrival, bringing the water up to temperature during check-in time. We will also explain the use of the tub to you once checked in. The Log Shop Next to Reception, you'll find The Log Shop for all your firewood needs - nets of logs are £7 and fire starter packs are £3. Parking We have one space per cabin for parking. Any additional vehicles would remain parked in overflow 1/4 away. Pre-Authorisation We do take a £50 pre-authorisation on a debit/credit card for any additional charges or damages occurred whilst staying with us.
