The space The apartment is located in a well kept and secure block with access to the pool to cool off on those hot summer days in Cape Town. If you are looking to just have a relaxing stay in the Mother City or wanting to party this is where you want to be. The apartment has all amenities that you will need to be comfortable, with a bath and shower combo as well as a air conditioner to keep the area cool. The studio apartment is cosy and comfortable yet spacious enough to create a relaxed and functional environment for travellers. Guests can enjoy lazy days in watching TV connected with Netflix, or use the uncapped WiFi to catch up on work, or stay connected with loved ones. The apartment is situated in Green Point, a popular and vibrant neighbourhood located on the Atlantic Seaboard. The area is safe and guests will feel safe knowing that there is 24hr manned security, as well as security cameras around the perimeter of the building and access controlled entry into the building. The kitchen is equipped with the basics to help you prepare meals should you wish to take a break from dining out or ordering takeaways. A washing machine as well as dryer is also available for guest's convenience. There is a pool in the building which is freely available for guests to use within restricted hours. The cosy living and dining area has been newly decorated with tasteful art and modern furniture. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment. There is a pool on the ground floor that serves other guests and residents of the building, guests are more than welcome to make use of the pool. Other things to note NB!!! Unfortunately South Africa is dealing with rolling blackouts on a scheduled basis. This means that power outages are scheduled for up to 2hrs at a time, and sometimes up to 4hrs at a time, mainly early morning and late evening. Unfortunately we do not have a back up generator in the building to mitigate this. Load shedding is an unfortunate reality for the country that affects every single household and business. The cleaning fee charged for each booking is made up of the cleaning lady's fee as well as the cost of getting linen and towels sent to the laundromat. Guests staying 10 or more nights are offered a free cleaning service as well as a linen change. Additional cleaning is at the guest's cost and can be arranged at an additional rate of R250 per day (Sunday's and public holidays are charged at R350). Please do not use the towels for cleaning off make up. Any stains found will need to be sent to a laundromat for treatment and the costs will be charged to the guest. There is potential for noise, due to the apartment being on the main road, however, the windows can be closed and this greatly reduces the amount of noise. Guests are more than welcome to make use of the pool downstairs withing restricted hours. The pool is available for use to all guests and residents of the building.
