In the heart of a quiet residential area, ideally located between the sea, the hinterland, and the cities of the Côte d'Azur, you can meet for a relaxing vacation with friends, as a couple or alone. This guest house offers many services to ensure you have a peaceful stay. The space This guest house is on 2 levels: ground floor kitchen, pantry, small shower room with toilet, dining room and living room. In front, you can enjoy garden furniture and a summer kitchen and garden area to relax and eat. On the 1st floor, you have the two beautiful bedrooms (one with terrace) with views of the village and hills as well as a large bathroom with toilet. Outside, you also have the garden and pool (heated from mid-May to mid-October) at your disposal. Parking is in the closed property. Note that the 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned but the ground floor is not. Guest access Your house is all yours as well as the living room/summer kitchen area and a garden. The house you are renting is well-equipped, but we will make ourselves available if you have any questions, inquiries or otherwise.
