It is a sweet little condo right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, very quiet, with 2 swimming pools (summer) and a short walk to the beautiful beach and several excellent restaurants. The space Ms. Patty's is a 2nd floor condo unit which features a fully stocked kitchen, living room with large smart tv, dining room, queen bedroom with smart tv, and a loft bedroom with 2 twin beds and a smart tv. There is also a covered porch with seating. Outside, there are 2 pools (open mid-May to mid-Oct.), a walkway to the beach road, a large yard to play in, outdoor showers and charcoal grills. Guest access You'll have access to the entire condo unit, the pools (season permitting), grills, outdoor showers, and yard. Other things to note This is a 2nd story unit. Steps are required to access.
