This picturesque property is opposite the beach on the ocean side of the Great Ocean Road. Only 30m walk to Marengo Beach, it is an easy 2km walk into Apollo Bay's township, either along the popular walking/bike track or the beach itself. This is an older home with a renovated kitchen and bathroom, and provides a central open fireplace in the kitchen and lounge area which opens into a north facing dining and sitting space. Unwind here and soak up the sun during the summer months or cosy up by the wood fire during winter. Two of the 4 bedrooms face the ocean, enjoying the north sun, and the other 2 bedrooms are at the rear of the property. The main bathroom provides dual access from the master bedroom and hall. The second bathroom is accessible from just outside the rear entrance, making it great for rinsing off after a trip to the beach. The property has ample car parking and a large shed with plenty of space for the kids to play, even on those rainy winter days.
