It's free, unguarded and right in front of the residential complex. It is almost always available and it is very easy to find a nearby spot. The street is a dead end and very safe, with 24-hour private security. If you have a lot of luggage, you can request to enter the residential complex by car to access the cart and unload/load comfortably. Although check-in at the apartment is at 5 p.m., access to the common area will be available from noon onward.
