We particularly love watching the tropical birds. There are also alligators, insects, gnats, ants, iguanas, spiders, snakes, mice, rats, scorpions, and other creatures. Almost everywhere in the state, including our villa and resort, is a possible place to run into insects or animals. While we take precautions and have regular pest control, we cannot guarantee a critter or creepy-crawly-free experience. If they worry you or your kids, please don't book our villa because we do not provide refunds if you encounter any wild creatures or insects during your visit. Please let us know if you notice anything in or around your villa so we can contact our pest control or the proper authorities. •Even after verifying and paying, reservation is not complete until a signed rental agreement is received. ANY GUEST WHO REFUSES TO SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CHECK-IN INFORMATION WILL HAVE THEIR RESERVATION CANCELED. •Guest(s) shall allow Homeowner or Homeowner's representative access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection.
