You can reach the apartment in the basement via a staircase. The apartment has a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (basic equipment for cooking!) and a closet with enough storage space for your luggage. The bathroom is also fully equipped with towels, a hairdryer, toiletries and a shower. Please note that the shower in the bathroom is not at ground level. A clothes rack, iron and ironing board are also available in the apartment. Water, tea and coffee are at your disposal free of charge. The apartment has a living/sleeping area with smart TV. The cozy couch area can easily be folded out to accommodate another adult or child. You can also see the TV from the double bed. The sun terrace belonging to the apartment with seating and deck chair invites you to linger and relax. Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge. Guest access You have access to the apartment's own terrace, the public laundry room and the shed where you can store your bicycles. If you are traveling by car, you can park it in the parking space belonging to the apartment. Other things to note The property is not only very conveniently located to the historic old town of Wasserburg am Inn, the idyllic town of Rosenheim and of course Munich, but also the popular Chiemsee and its attractions are not far away. Hiking or winter sports in the mountains are also available - the Chiemgau is about an hour's drive away. In the village of Edling itself, everything is available for a pleasant vacation: several shops (supermarkets, bakery, drugstore), restaurants and a train connection to Munich.
