Lilla Grindstugan – Year 1750

A warm welcome to one of Vaxholm's oldest houses, a picturesque log house from 1750 in the historic city center, with swimming, restaurants, shops and attractions just a short walk away. Completely renovated in 2022. The space Feel the wingbeats of history in this gatehouse standing by one of the oldest apple orchards in Vaxholm. This is a guest house on a plot of land in a nice, private location. The cottage is 30 m2, of which the lower floor is 18 m2. Sleeping facilities: > a double bed is in the loft (160cm). Nice view over the grassy roof and the sea. > A luxurious, comfortable sofa bed (140x190) from Sweef is available in the living room if you prefer to sleep downstairs. > Important! 2 people can either sleep in the loft or downstairs. Not 1 person per floor due to ladder. Kitchen: > Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer compartment, 2 stovetop, kettle and coffeemaker. The older wood-burning stove is not used. Dining facilities: > Around table with 2 chairs, if needed we can set up more chairs. Bathroom: > Bathroom with toilet, handbasin, shower and washing machine. Patio: > small table with chairs Guest access Grindstugorna is located on a plot with a villa that is inhabited. Nice courtyard feeling where each gate cottage has its own small private patio. Other things to note We are looking for respectful and calm guests. No kids below 10 years allowed.
