Whether you’re here for a week, a month, or somewhere in between, this comfortable, fully equipped property is designed for living — not just short visits. Private parking. The space This is a warm, spacious and thoughtfully equipped home where you can properly settle in. There is an open plan living area with television to sit and watch a film and relax after busy days or have some social time with family. The dining area is ideal to work with reliable wifi for remote working or to play board games. A fully equipped kitchen for everyday cooking. The kitchen has everything you need to make a snack to a full Christmas or Sunday dinner. We have a high chair for the younger members of your family We also provide a welcome pack to get your stay started. Your furry friend will get their own welcome pack too. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and shelving or drawer space. The double bedroom is to the back of the house and has dimmable spotlights that can be switched off from the bed. The other two rooms have single beds in them and all have plenty of sockets to charge phones etc. We have a travel cot bed and high chair that can be used if required. The house has its own driveway for private, off-road parking in residential surroundings. We are dog friendly with fantastic local walks. Unlike many short-term lets, this space is set up for real life — unpack, breathe, and enjoy a steady rhythm. Longer stays benefit from discounted weekly and monthly rates. You have the full house and garden to yourself. There are chairs and outdoor cushions to sit in the garden in the good weather. There is a key box for self checkin. Other things to note Bring your dog and enjoy nearby scenic walks, green spaces and welcoming local pubs. We are close to the Forth and Clyde canal so you can enjoy a lovely walk with the family and your furry friend. There is a dog friendly pub restaurant about a 2 mile walk along the canal. There is another local pub within half a mile which will also welcome your furry friend. Situated in a peaceful residential area with easy access to Glasgow, you can enjoy: • Major events and concerts • Shopping and dining • Cultural attractions • Excellent transport links The train station is a 20 minute walk from the house or you can get a bus into Glasgow. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk. There is a local bus that will take you to the local retail park or down to the village centre where there are a choice of pubs and restaurants. Return home afterwards to calm surroundings away from city noise There is parking for one vehicle. If you are bringing more than one vehicle, there is on street parking but please do not block the neighbours driveway. The property is also ideal for visiting family in the area — offering more space, comfort and privacy than a hotel stay. This isn’t just somewhere to sleep — it’s somewhere to settle.
