It features 2 private parking spaces and is located in a very quiet and small park with a nice restaurant. The city with lots of shops, restaurants, etc. is about 3 km away. You enter a small hallway with a wardrobe and shoe rack and access to the 2nd bathroom. Then you enter the spacious dining and living room. Here is a large cozy dining table with 6 leather chairs. Next to the dining area is the living room with a spacious corner sofa, 2 comfortable chairs, a desk, (ambilight) TV and a small stereo system. Of course, the house has WiFi everywhere! The house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00) and a bathroom en-suite. The bathroom also has a sunshower and a sauna, making it a wonderful place to stay even in less beautiful weather! Furthermore, the house has 2 more bedrooms "en suite" with each a good bunk bed (0.90x2.00) and wardrobe. All beds have fine single duvets of 1.40 x 2.00 meters. There is of course also a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob (with wok burner) and extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. It also has a kettle, plenty of dishes, cutlery, etc., a Nespresso, a Senseo and a filter coffee machine. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer and a small pantry. Adjacent to the utility room is a second hall with a wardrobe and the central heating system in a cabinet.
