"Mare Blu" is a newly built three-room apartment with a sea-view terrace, perfect for dining and relaxing. The carefully designed apartment opens onto the living room, which features a glass table, sofa, satellite smart TV, and a kitchen with a sea view. The double bedroom opens onto the terrace, while the second bedroom has a single bed with the option of a second bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The property benefits from hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms. The space "Mare Blu" and its interior spaces have been designed to transport you, from your doorstep, to the blue of the distant sea. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, coffee machine) The apartments have unlimited Wi-Fi, are Class A certified, and feature eco-friendly amenities. Guests have access to the shared sea-view pool during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September), supervised by a lifeguard, and the solarium area with two loungers and one umbrella. Other things to note Do not disturb from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Evening check-in and check-out are not possible. Heating is available from November 7th to April 8th.
