Paudash Lake cottage, sunset views and fireplace!

Relax with the family at this peaceful cottage. Winterized 3 bedroom waterfront cottage on Paudash Lake in Joe Bay. Westerly exposure for sunset views from the cottage and all of the docks! Located on a quiet cottage side road - fantastic for walks and bike rides. The cottage has has two flat, grassy areas with lots of room for outdoor activities such as volleyball & croquet. A great place to create family memories! The space Our waterfront cottage has 173 ft of shoreline with stairs to the docks and the boathouse. Relax on one of our 3 docks. A dock on each side of the boathouse and an elevated deck overlooking the lake for great sunset views! Water is a foot deep at water's edge, 3 feet at the end of the dock; good swimming. Over 13 miles of boating and great fishing (perch, lake trout, small & large mouth bass). Deck on the back of the cottage, where you will find the BBQ, in addition to the outdoor dining area with a picnic table. We own the property on the other side of the road as well, which provides extra privacy as there are no neighbours across the street. Wood is provided for you to enjoy marshmallows and smores by the bonfire. Propane is provided for the Napoleon BBQ where you can cook with a view of the lake. At the dock there is a swimming ladder and dock space with cleats to park your boat. Inside the boat house, you will find a canoe and pedal boat. For sleeping : Bedroom #1 - queen bed, bedroom #2 - bunk beds (double and single), bedroom #3 - single bed. Towels, sheets, kitchen linens and comforters are provided for you and there are extra blankets available at the cottage. Large living room area with cozy seating and a stone wood burning fireplace for which wood is provided. You will find that the TV has Bell satellite TV with many TV and music channels to choose from. The cottage is heated with 2 propane wall heaters. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen and a large clothesline to hang the wet towels and bathing suits. We regret that we are not able to accommodate pets due to allergies. For snowmobilers, we are conveniently located on the OFSC trails.
