Perfect for couples, families, business travelers, snowbirds, and anyone craving bay front bliss. - By booking, you agree to all listed terms, policies, and house rules. ⚠️ Spring Break Policy: Panama City Beach is currently proposing a city ordinance that would require all vacation rental guests to be 21 years of age or older, unless staying as part of a family. The primary renter and all guests must be 21+, with ID verification required prior to check-in. Hosts are required to enforce this policy and no exceptions can be made. We are a small, family-owned business and regularly check on our properties. We also maintain close relationships with our neighbors to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. No parties, no outside guests, no rough or disruptive behavior, and no moving of furniture. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund. Guest access There are two owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy! Other things to note When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations. **PLEASE NOTE: Home is located on a deep channel Bay with a private dock. You are responsible for all members of your party including pets. Please use at your own risk. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. Hot tub is seasonal use and only available Sep 1 - April 30. Any guest found using the hot tub outside of these dates is subject to immediate reservation termination and may be asked to leave without a refund. Landscapers must come by 1-2x/week to keep the lawn trimmed and well-kept. We do not know their schedules, as it changes with weather. Please do not be alarmed if they come by during your stay.
