Everything is light, blue and green.Walking distance you have a local bakery, Smokehouse Rest and Cool bars. Less than a minute drive all the night life and other beachfront restaurants. Ask for our tours, surfboard rentals, surf lessons, Golf Tours, inland tours. We are an open minded couple living the most simple life. You have a comfortable kitchen with a full size refrigerator and two side burner stove and also a BBQ; feel free to bring whatever you want to cook. It's equipped with A/C, Direct TV, Wifi, Water Heater, Independent Entrance and lots of Parking outside were we all park, Lounge area, among others. Sandy Feet must be washed outside. BIG PATIO IN THE BACK. Queen Size Bed. A Queen Size Air Mattress could be Available for $15 extra if needed (most ask for it 3 days in advance so we can set it up) Pet Friendly (an extra cleaning fee of $20 is required and dogs cannot be more than 25 pounds). All dogs neccesities have to be made outside and be picked up by owner. Absolutely No dogs sleep on the bed and the NEVER SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE at the apartment if you are not there. AC MUST BE TURNED OFF WHILE YOU ARE NOT IN THE APARTMENT or leave it at 75 degrees until you get back. While turned on, curtain from Kitchen to Bedroom must be closed and bathroom door closed unless you close bathroom Window. We are at Jobos and just a minute drive away from Jobos Beach and the most beautiful beaches on this side of the island are only minutes drive. If you do not wish to rent a Car; Taxis and Transportation services are available to anywhere you wish/need to go. COME ENJOY THE JOBOS EXPERIENCE WHERE ALL SURF REEFS ARE CLOSE BY!!! Lots to explore (boardwalk that connects to a excersice trail connecting the entire Jobos/Isabela Coastline. Please see all photos. Guest access As our guest you will have access to our BIG backyard with a BBQ. You have your own independent entrance and plenty of parking in front if the house were we all park unless you rather park inside is thru left gate. There are a few hoses around the house for you to clean your sandy feet before going in the apartment. We will provide you with Check In instructions if we are not here to receive you and give keys personally. WALKING DISTANCE TO RESTAURANTS, SmokeHouse, Bakery, Lechonera, Jobos Mojito Beach Bar, El Cliff Restaurant, Nightlife and beachfront restaurants are only a minute drive. JOBOS BEACH is a one minute drive from CASA JOBOS. We also have TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AVAILABLE if needed for an extra fee. Other things to note There is DIRECT TV and Smart TV you can use your Hotspot with or with out WIFI. AIR CONDITIONER MOST BE TURNED OFF WHEN NOT IN THE PROPERTY or put in 75 degrees if you leave during the day.. Water heater gets turned on by the light switch in the bathroom and MOST be TURNED OFF when finished (its identified on the switch) Outside light gets turned on by the one in the kitchen. We are not to be held responsible by governement electricity shut downs. We are not to be responsible for changes in the government unsteady regulations and restrictions of our island, power outtages or natural disasters. Please know this before booking our place as we go through alot of safety protocols & costs to disinfect our place. Make sure to keep key with you at all times, we are not responsible for lost keys. Guest that loose keys are to call locksmith and replace key at their cost as we are not always on site. Enjoy your stay.
