Cozy Room Near Starland District

Welcome to this charming cottage style house in Savannah! Located on the border of the popular Starland District and around the corner from the renown Perc Coffee Roasters, this home is walking distance to an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and parks. My home is 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The rest of the house features an open living room and kitchen, bonus room and outdoor backyard and patio. Note: I have a friendly dog and cat. The cat is both indoor and outdoor. The space Please note this is a shared residence that I actively live in. The guest's room features a full bed, closet, and desk and tv. All rooms in the house receive and abundance of natural light. A full sized kitchen with everything you need is available to cook meals if desired! A large backyard area with a patio is available to relax outside. The outdoor space is heavily shaded with trees surrounding the property Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas of the home! During your stay Again, please note this is a shared residence I actively reside in. I will be available for any issues that arise during your stay.
