This is a luxurious two bedroom two bath condo with tons of space and so many amenities! The dwelling is located in the guest house/ garage annex separate from the main house on a 3 acre estate. Recently renovated, upscale and cozy, perfect for families. Gorgeous view over the valley from large back porch and screened in porch off of bedroom. Great location to use as a base camp for all the outdoor activities this area has to offer, and also to lounge and cook or grill at home. The back yard features a fire pit and separate grassy yard. Upstairs is a huge game room with air hockey, basketball, pingpong and toys. Sleeps 6 adults; primary bedroom has a king bed and twin daybed with pull out trundle, second bedroom has queen bed. Additional full-sized sofa bed in living room. Pack and play and toddler bed available upon request. Close to hiking trails and 10 minutes to the bottom of the mountain, 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. Owners live next door. You will have complete privacy and access to the apartment. Access to game room and outdoor space shared with property owner. The owners keep two offices near the game room that they occasionally access but it is separate from the condo unit. Keyless entry.
