Our space is a recovered and remodeled place from the 1950s. The beautiful neighborhood has 2 detached houses, 7 suites inside and its layout is the same as in the 50's The terrace is a beautiful common space within the neighborhood. It is located in a "local" area and perfect for those who prefer to walk to tourist spots such as Plaza Machado, the pier, beaches, Olas Altas, bars, and restaurants within a 12-minute walk. The space This suite has direct street access and its layout and floors are the original ones from the 1950s. The suite has a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a small bathroom in its cozy patio. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed, suitable for one person to sleep on. Our area is "local" with many tourists, however, it is "NOT" a hotel area. You will travel through time by crossing the door and without disconnecting from daily life. You have WiFi inside the suite and on the beautiful terrace. Our space was created for travelers looking for local experience and Mexican-style comfort, without losing the benefits of nearby tourist areas. Upstairs is the terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a Jacuzzi, and the entrance to the laundry area. The entrance to the neighborhood is through the corridor that still retains the original blacksmith door. We don't have private parking, but you can park on the street for free If you like to walk or bike in the morning, you have the pier a few blocks away where you will find people exercising. If you like to swim in the morning at 7 am, next to the fisherman's monument is the ideal area where many swim on the beach. At night both downtown and in old Mazatlan, you can enjoy a restaurant, bars and the unmissable walk through the remodeled downtown area. We deliver our clean and equipped spaces to our guests, however, we do not have hotel service, nor 24/7 assistance. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the house Guest access Guests can access common areas such as the terrace, which has garden furniture, a barbecue, a Jacuzzi, and the entrance to the laundry area.
