The space This 100 m2 villa, with contemporary and neat decoration, is composed of a comfortable and bright living room overlooking the terrace with stunning views of the pool. You will also have a large living room with fully equipped kitchen. For your nights, the house offers three large beautiful bedrooms with closets: two with a 160 double bed overlooking the wooden terrace and pool and one with 2 single 90 beds. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed. This beautiful villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. You will also benefit from a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Outside you can enjoy a carefully landscaped fully enclosed garden with panoramic views of the Ardèche gorges and the Ibie valley, the Chauvet cave, the hamlet of Tabias and the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc. You will have a private 3 X 6.5 pool with deckchairs, a beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture, dining table, and BBQ. For ball lovers, you also have a field to spend a great time with family or friends. Everything is available to ensure you have an exceptional stay! Other things to note The villa accommodates 6 guests and exceptionally up to 8 people upon request and after validation by us. No pets are allowed. Rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels (participation for laundry fee: King Size Bed Pack at €17 and Single Bed Pack at €12). For all electric recharging of a vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle, etc., it is strictly forbidden to connect with an adapter to the sockets of the house without our prior agreement. Subject to our agreement, a daily flat rate of €50 will be applied. For this, it is imperative to report it before check-in. If we notice during the stay the fraudulent use without our agreement of the electrical outlets to recharge any type of vehicle, a daily fee of €150 will be applied and we reserve the right to simply terminate your stay before its end.
