The Coconut Places is unique and perfect for large families, corporate groups, wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more. The 3 of 6 units share a courtyard where everyone can gather for meals, BBQs, put some golf balls, or sit around the firepit while listening to music. Ideally located close to downtown Sarasota, the Ringling Bridge, St. Armands Circle, Lido key, theatres, and parks. Day passes can be purchased at nearby resorts for access to the amenities. The space Little Coconut Unit: This one bedroom has just been fully renovated and has brand-new everything! It is one of the 4 units that share a peaceful and serene courtyard. Little Coconut Place has a kitchenette perfect to prepare light meals and includes a microwave and two-burner hot plate. THERE IS NO STOVE. There is small a desk to work from. The Queen bed boasts a Sealy pillow top mattress and quality linens. The room is tastefully decorated and has a spacious layout. The shower has a luxury rainfall shower head. Coconut Dream Unit: The master bedroom awaits you with a Sealy pillow top mattress and quality linens. The room is tastefully decorated and has a spacious layout. The secondary bedroom is inviting and comfortable, just a few steps to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower with the master rainfall luxury shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook up an amazing meal and feel at home. Including a blender and coffee maker. Eat at the dining table or relax on the large couch watching TV on the massive 65-inch Smart TV. Please note, the hallway located outside the side door is minimally used by management to access the storage room. Coconut Hut Unit: The master bedroom awaits you with a Sealy pillow top mattress and quality linens. The room is tastefully decorated and has a spacious layout. The secondary bedroom is inviting and comfortable, just a few steps to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower with the master rainfall luxury shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook up an amazing meal and feel at home. Including a blender and coffee maker. Eat at the dining table or relax on the large couch watching TV on the massive 65-inch Smart TV. This unit has access to a shared laundry room on site that includes two sets of washer and dryers. All three units have access to a shared laundry room on site that includes two sets of washer and dryers. Guest access All guests have access to the shared courtyard, firepit/BBQ area, parking spaces, trash and laundry facilities. Other things to note We provide a starter kit of supplies; to include 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 2 dryer sheets, and 2 dishwasher pods. For long term stays, you would purchase your preference of supplies needed. Also provided are 2 sets of towels per person with an extra set in each bedroom closet along with an extra set of bed linens. Additional towels or linens are available upon request for a fee. Beach items can also be checked out. If items go missing or are damaged a $25 fee will be charged to the responsible party. Please advise of items needed at the time of booking to ensure the items are placed in your unit prior to your arrival. Cots are available for $25 fee please request at booking depending on availability. Monthly and long-term stay discounts up to 15-40% depending on season. For our guests that stay a month or more we will have management do a two week check in and a light cleaning at a discounted rate of $75 or a mutually agreed cleaning service. We love your furry family members and welcome them. We have a 20lbs. maximum. Please pick up all dog waste. A fee of $50 will be applied for waste left behind. We require pets are crated when you are not at your unit. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one in the unit. We require a picture of valid govt id for each guest at booking. The outside premises have 24-hour protection cameras. Please note that City ordinance prohibits parking of any truck, trailer, tractor trailer, trailer body, mobile home, house trailer, camper trailer, bus or any similar vehicle or equipment on any street within any residential zone between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily.
