Other things to note We provide a starter kit containing essentials such as 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, and 2 dryer sheets, along with an extra roll of paper towels and 3 additional rolls of toilet paper. *Please note that only septic-safe toilet paper is permitted due to sensitive pipes. For longer stays, guests are responsible for acquiring additional supplies as needed. Each person receives 2 bath towels, a hand towel, a washcloth, and a makeup washcloth. An extra set of linens and a bath towel are stored in each bedroom closet. Beach items are available. We have chairs, umbrella, coolers, and towels. No pets of any kind are allowed in this unit. The Coconut Places offer discounts for monthly and long-term stays, based on availability, season, and length of stay. For guests staying a month or more, management provides light cleaning at a discounted rate of $75 or as mutually agreed upon. For security reasons, we require a picture of a valid government ID for each guest at the time of booking. Additionally, our outdoor premises are under 24-hour surveillance.
