Bedroom & Bathroom: The air-conditioned master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed has an east-facing window overlooking the garden/kids play area. It has its own private bathroom with an encased walk in shower, a powder room vanity and a spacious closet. Bath Towels, hand towels and rags provided. Living Room: This room has a ceiling fan, leather sofa living room set and is equipped with a 45 inch Smart TV, Cable TV, Wi-Fi and access to a private outdoor balcony. Kitchen: Fully renovated kitchen with a granite counter top and island. Fully equipped; comes with: • Full-size refrigerator • Four-burner electronic stove • Coffee maker • Microwave • Blender • Toaster • Set of sharp knives • Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils • Wine glasses, beer glasses, champagne glasses Complimentary bottled water and snacks provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment including the balcony. Shared Laundromat - Tokens available at the office for a fee. Other things to note The apartment complex is very secure with 24 hr security. Guest are encouraged to mindful of others and keep noise level as low as possible. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and accessible by stairs only. Amenities such as towels, linens, books, pots, utensils etc should not be removed from the apartment. Toiletries are provided at the beginning of the stay; however, replacement thereafter will be the responsibility of the guests.
