Some space shared with owners who live in the cottage. Beautiful gardens which you are welcome to share. Free parking. Easy access to the South Downs, Petworth House (National Trust), Goodwood, Cowdray Park and 30 minutes to the south coast. Situated 3 miles north of Petworth just off the A283. The space A lovely, comfortable room in a rural cottage with exclusive use of an adjacent shower room & toilet with waterfall shower, and large, beamed sitting room overlooking the garden with tv. Netflix and Apple TV with your own log in. Light and airy wooden floored character bedroom with large velux window and black out blinds. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Shower room is next to the bedroom (access through shared space). Access to the rooms is via an entrance separate to main house. Use of patio area with garden furniture and please feel free to enjoy the gardens. Regrettably the property and gardens are not suitable for children or pets. Please note whilst the accommodation is all on one level, there are a few steps down to the property from the parking area and to access the house. During your stay We live in the cottage and are available for any issues or queries and we are very happy to recommend local places to visit, restaurants etc. Other things to note Please note that we do not accept pets and the property is not suitable for children.
