Joe’s Lakefront Retreat

This quiet lakefront retreat is located at the end of the street with views of the nearby water from the patio. The 3/ 4 acre lot has green space by the water, a boat ramp, private gazebo and floating dock, and a comfortable camper that sleeps four or five. The large covered patio provides seating and outdoor dining for 8 people. Evenings by the fire pit or patio gives you a great view of the stars. The space The camper is on a wooded lakefront lot. The patio was built with the safety of young children in mind. Sleeping accommodations include a queen size bed and a full size sofa sleeper. The kitchen has what you need for preparing home cooked meals or for heating up take out. The dining area comfortably seats four. A fish cleaning station makes preparing fish for dinner easy and convenient. Guest access Guest can access the entire space. Other things to note Permission to bring a dog must be obtained from hosts prior to a stay. This property has deep water access. However, by the end of September, Alabama Power has dropped the level of water to winter pool. The boat ramp and dock are still accessible and can be used with your boat. Availability of cellular service depends on carrier and number of people in the area using cell service. There is no internet service on the property. Reservations can be cancelled and rescheduled within the five day cancellation window with the owners for conditions that are confirmed to be dangerous such as tornado warnings or wildfires. Rain, or possibility of rain, is not an accepted cancellation reason.
