There are panoramic views of the sea from both living room & bedrooms. Set in a beautiful location only 5 meters from the sea shore with private gardens where you can sit and relax and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. It looks over to Loch Striven and The East Kyles. one Marine Place is exactly a 1 mile (a leisurely stroll) from Rothesay and the Castle, there are ample coffee shops, and traditional pubs for a relaxing drink. Bute Yard has its own distillery and brewery and hosts a number of regular events including a street kitchen and live music. In the opposite direction from One Marine Place (1 mile) is the pretty village of Port Bannatyne with its community pub and bakery which you can enjoy, and watch the yachts bobbing in the water. There is a bus stop that can take you into town or to Port Bannatyne right outside the property.
