Linens including sheets, blankets and extra pillows are also available. The windowed and complete bathroom offers a shower cubicle, complete sanitary facilities, and has shower gel and hairdryer. There are also several compartments to accommodate all your personal belongings, including suitcases. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, set of pots and pans, cutlery, Italian coffee maker and everything you need to enjoy a holiday in comfort. (!)NB: TOURIST TAX - From 1 April to 31 October - After booking you will receive by email a form in which you have to fill in the details of all guests, sign the contract and pay the tourist tax. The amount is 1€ per guest (who meets the requirements) per day for a maximum of 5 days. (!) NOTE: - Communicate to the Host BEFORE the start of the stay the wish to have separate beds. - Communicate with the host via chat only, except in emergencies. - Please fill in the forms in the link in the chat booking message, entering all guests. - Towels are for household use only. - Clothes and accessories forgotten in the flat will not be sent. Guest access The flat will be completely at your disposal together with the private terrace and the garage. Other things to note To access the apartment, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in, where you will need to provide the details of all guests, identify yourself, sign the lease agreement, and (if required) pay the tourist tax.
