House near the city with lovely terrace in a sunny position

A renovated 1950s villa just outside central Stockholm. The neighborhood is quiet and with a few minutes' walk to Långsjön where you can swim and have coffee at Herrängens gård. In the area, there are also cafés, bakeries, restaurants and the Älvsjöskogen nature reserve. A 10-minute walk, or a few minutes by bus, and you are in Fruängen where the subway takes you to Stockholm city in about 20 minutes. Within a ten-minute drive there is also a large shopping area, Kungens Kurva/Stockholm. The space A 50s villa with an open floor plan, where the kitchen, dining room and living room are connected on the ground floor. Half a staircase up there are three of a total of four bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, towel dryer and underfloor heating. On the basement level there is a bedroom (180 cm bed), laundry room, shower and toilet, all rooms with underfloor heating and tiles. Large plot with terrace in the southwest, lawn, trampoline, playhouse and areas for children to play. Pets allowed. Guest access You will have access to all rooms except for a storage room and a closet. Bicycles, helmets and scooters are available to borrow to get around the area.
