We work at home so are available to help if any issues arise. Explore the beautiful Bay. Take a peaceful boat ride or dine in luxury with an ocean view. Bus routes and Central train station are within easy reach if you need to go further afield. The space The home is shared with my hubby Jimmy and myself however we will keep to ourselves or have a chat, whatever you prefer! A short walk to town or the Bay, within easy reach of: central station (13 min) Principality stadium (18 min) Millennium centre (16 min) Cardiff Castle (20 min) 100s of restaurants and bars Do not come if you just plan to have sex. It destroys our bedroom, book a hotel. Please. The Bedroom: We take hygiene seriously and clean our bedsheets with antiseptic washing liquid and provide fresh towels for your comfort. The room is located on the ground floor across a shared hallway. Our space is immaculately clean and features two large windows that let in lots of sunshine, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The room also includes a relaxing and comfortable chair, as well as a cosy Moomin light to help you unwind after a long day. Beverages and breakfast are included. Room has a lock that can be locked from the inside or outside. The Bathroom : You will have a bathroom with shampoo and soaps provided. The Living room: The living room is a large, shared space with a dinning and coffee table, as well as a reclining electronic sofa that can even charge your phone. We also have a large variety of board games and video games, including a PS4, PSVR, and a Nintendo Switch. The flat is powered with 100% renewable electrical energy. We do have gas access or appliances that require fuel and therefore do not need a carbon monoxide alarm. The Kitchen: The shared kitchen is packed with the latest cooking technology, and to make your stay comfortable we provide an air fryer, microwave, rice cooker, pressure cooker, electric hot pot, steam machine, pasta machine and blender. You can store your food in the fridge on the top shelf if you need it. We can make room if you need more space. As we enjoy cooking, we have many different sauces from across the world, you are welcome to try any that you fancy. If you are staying longer you are also welcome to use the washing machine with dryer. Parking: Parking is free but we only have one car park spot available for use. Please collect the parking permit immediately upon arrival and clearly display on the dashboard inside your car. Guest access There is one free visitor parking spot allocated however you must contact us immediately at arrival to get the parking permit to be allowed to park. Place the permit on the dashboard inside your car so it’s clearly viewable. We will be here to welcome you at time of check in. Please give us two hours’ notice prior to check in to get everything ready for your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our home! During your stay As your hosts, we live in the property too and are always available to help with any problems you may encounter. We're happy to socialize with you or leave you to enjoy your privacy. Your room is very private, and we will provide you with a key so you can come and go as you please. We have installed a lock so the room can be locked from the inside or outside. Our WIFI is fast and reliable. We never have had any issues with working from home or streaming movies. Other things to note If you have any issues, please inform us as soon as you can so we can take action to rectify the problem and ensure your stay is as comfortable.
