Our cottage is located in the historic area of Fort Morgan, AL. It sits directly on Mobile Bay where you will experience spectacular sunsets and great fishing. Always keep your eyes on the water for the dolphins that frequently feed right in front of the house. Cast Your Cares offers a king sized en-suite, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with a twin over full bed, and a second bathroom with laundry closet. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv where you can log in to your own favorite apps using your personal accounts. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a separate coffee area with a single pod Keurig and a full sized coffee maker. The dining table is situated for meals with a view of the spectacular Mobile Bay. Our living room is cozy and comfortable and includes two recliners for those of us who still love those! Underneath the house is shady, and usually cool and breezy. You’ll find stackable chairs, a large picnic table, and a charcoal grill. There is an awesome outdoor shower with hot and cold water to take an exhilarating shower after a trip down to the beach. The yard is spacious and grassy. But, beware, sand spurs grow in beach grass. Shoes and flip flops are always needed. The sand spurs will stick to your shoes and will find their way into indoor rugs, so we always kick off our shoes at the door! Our neighborhood is very family friendly and is even serviced by the local ice cream truck, which my grandchildren love. Across the street from the property is a small pond that is the habitat for a local alligator. He’s often spotted sunning in the grass. Our property has a spacious area for parking. Just never drive your vehicle into the sand. Many visitors to the area are often stuck in the sand on the side of the roadways.
