Guests will have access to the home and property. Including the 6 acres(at your own risk). Plenty of parking for cars, trucks, campers and trailers. ❇️1st Floor offers: Large open living room with wood-burning stove (currently not for use) & large TV Dining room - table and seating for 8 Fully equipped & stocked kitchen Kitchen table & chairs with seating for 4 Bar-top counter area with seating for 4 1/2 bathroom off the living room 1st floor Primary bedroom; King bed with luxurious en-suite; Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and huge walk in closet Laundry area also in primary en-suite ❇️2nd Floor offers: 2 Arcade games in loft area Exterior Balcony over-looking front of the property to enjoy beautiful Kentucky views! 2 bedrooms each with queen beds & TV's in each 1 full bathroom w/ tub/shower combo in the hall 1 bedroom has entry door access to this bathroom ❇️Basement is semi-unfinished but has 4th large bedroom with king bed, 2 sitting chairs, large TV and very comfortably sized. Basement also has 3rd full bathroom and entry/exit to the hot tub area. The remainder of basement is semi-unfinished/not for use. 🛀🏻 Toiletries are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, & soap! ☕️ Coffee lover? We’ve got you covered. Ground coffee, K-Cups, creamer, spices, & teas are provided. ❇️This property offers the best of both worlds.
