Other things to note The neighborhood is a remnant of the Carson’s Valley Rural area. My Spare Cottages are a part of this remnant. New buildings, businesses, restaurants & housing have been built recently. The Location is ideal for easy access to Hwy 50 and Interstate 580 (395) The Location is close to all of the amenities you could think of. My next door neighbor needs to finish painting his house and the neighbors down the street need to pull their weeds! Other than that, it is a great location, peaceful neighbors and close access to everything from Reno to Zephyr Cove, Lake Tahoe!
