Boasting casually elegant furnishing, stainless appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and plush, comfortable bedrooms you will find everything you need for the perfect vacation. The master bedroom offers a king bed outfitted with elegant bedding; the en suite bath features a backlit spa mirror, open shelving, floating vanity, beautiful glass tile, and high-end fixtures. Four guests can enjoy the second bedroom which features a queen bed and a full bed. The guest bath is outfitted with a backlit spa mirror, open shelving, a floating vanity, beautiful glass tile, and high-end fixtures. This bath is accessible via the guest bedroom and the hall. The living room and both bedrooms have cable television. In the living room, you will find a new LG 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with a Samsung 32" Smart TV. You will also enjoy a JBL Flip Bluetooth speaker so listening to your favorite tunes is as easy as pairing your smartphone and hitting play. If you want to dine al fresco the woven wicker dining table for six on the third-floor lanai is ready and waiting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Here you will also find lounge seating where you can relax and enjoy a sunset cocktail or read a book in the cool ocean breeze. The following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all apartments/condos at The Discovery Point Club 1) The primary guest must be age twenty-five (25) years or older and assume responsibility for those in his/her charge under the age of twenty-five (25). 2) The primary guest must be in residence for the duration of the reservation. 3) The primary guest accepts legal responsibility for bodily injury to himself/herself and/or any person(s) on the property as a result of the visit and use of rental unit, operation, or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me/us.   4) The primary guest agrees to accept complete responsibility for all individuals occupying or visiting the assigned rental unit at Discovery Point Club and the entire Discovery Point Club grounds. 5) The primary guest agrees that Discovery Point Club management and employees will not be held responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or any personal property during the duration of the rental period. 6) The primary guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the Discovery Point Club rental unit, Discovery Point Club Strata Plan 81, Discovery Point Club property manager, and all Discovery Point Club employees from and against liability for injury to himself/herself or any other person(s) occupying or visiting the Discovery Point Club rental unit and/or the grounds of Discovery Point Club resulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, injury sustained as a result of use of the rental unit, use of any item(s) inside the rental unit, exterior stairs, communal pool, beach, ocean, etc., howsoever arising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees and property owners on the grounds of Discovery Point Club.  7) Discovery Point Club is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  The Discovery Point Club requires ALL guests to complete and submit a registration form/rental contract. Approximately fourteen days before arrival, the primary guest will receive an email directly from Discovery Point Club containing a link to digitally complete and submit the form.
