Maintaining a quiet and family environment throughout the entire property indoor and outdoor is our number 1 priority. Parties and gatherings at Airbnb houses are illegal by the City of Toronto bylaw and banned by Airbnb's global anti-party policy. It is especially important now during Covid time to eliminate all forms of social gatherings and parties. Therefore no special events, outside guests, and social gatherings are allowed. Anyone that is not a confirmed guest entering the house for any reason is considered a social gathering. (If you have immediate family who needs to visit, please contact us prior to booking for permission.) There are surveillance cameras right outside the house. If any social gathering is scheduled we will know. We will call the police and remove you from the house immediately and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, and damages. (not joking) Your entire booking fee and security deposit will also not be returned to you. This house is only to be used for lodging purposes. We sincerely hope this policy will also bring comfort and peace of mind to all my guests knowing we host Airbnb responsibly. It is for our mutual benefit.
