Private access, parking and a terrace with garden furniture are the assets of this privileged space Ideal for long stays: it is composed of a master bedroom, a living room, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a private bathroom with shower and double sink, and a separate toilet. The space The Mas des Oliviers welcomes you with authenticity, simplicity and pleasures, to discover its typical and warm house This stone farmhouse is an old wine and olive farm restored with love. A warm spirit, like a guest house, furnished in a vintage and designer style, embellished with works by "Street-Art" artists, abstract or figurative. " The rooms of the "Pierre de Vers" cottage are pleasant and comfortable (17 and 13 m²), the bedding is quality, the linen in cotton percale. This apartment consists of: - 1 bedroom for 2 people with a queen size bed 160/200 cm. - 1 living room with TV for 2 people with sofa bed in 140/200 cm - Dining room, fully equipped open kitchen. - Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, separate toilet. - Shaded terrace, garden table and chairs. Upon arrival of the tenant, a security deposit of €300 is requested by the owner. This deposit is returned within one week of the end of the rental, after deduction of the cost of repairing the premises if damage was found. A resort insurance certificate is required (mandatory coverage), subscription to be checked with your insurer. Sheets and linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning €50 extra. Access to the 8 x 5 swimming pool with counter-current swimming, ping-pong table, plancha, barbecue, shared with the guest rooms. Possibility to book 24 hours in advance at the table d'hôte (+ €27.50 dinner, starter - main course - dessert) excluding drinks/person Possibility of "breakfast" service (+ €12/day/per person). Available at the Guest House: Iron and ironing board, washer & dryer. Guest access By train: Nîmes train stations 5 km away - free shuttle on request By car: A9 - Exit 24 – Nîmes Est at 3.5 km. Other things to note Check-ins are between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Please do not arrive before 5 p.m. without my agreement for early check-in. Indeed, when guests leave the same day, preparing the accommodation for new guests can take time, which means that early check-in may not be possible and the waiting time may be unpleasant for you. In any case, if early check-in was not possible, you can always drop off your luggage and enjoy the living room of the house or the pool area depending on the period. Other things to note Dogs only, (for reasons of cohabitation) are welcome on request, extra €2.50/night for cleaning. • Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. • On the day of departure, the gîte and guest rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. Possibility for guests to reuse their towels.
