The location of this spacious apartment is a rather convenient one since the Old Town and most local amenities are situated within walking distance (10 min. away). Despite that, the flat still offers peace and quiet. Everything you need is just around the corner, from grocery stores and bakeries to the best cafés and pubs (Basket, Adriatic) in town. Ultra music fesitval venue and Joker shopping mall are just a 5-minute walk away. There is a large free public parking lot in front of the building. The space This sunlit apartment lies on the top floor of a tranquil residential building. It consists of two spacious bedrooms with large double beds, a cosy living room with a balcony, a kitchen and dining room. There are two air conditioners in the apartment and two balconies where you can enjoy your evenings. In the hallway there is enough space to leave your luggage. You can use the washing machine in the bathroom without additional charges. If you eventually get tired of sightseeing, you can enjoy watching satellite TV on a large flat screen. Guest access Our dear guests are allowed to access and use the whole apartment in its entirety without any limitations whatsoever. Other things to note There is a large free parking lot (car park) both on the northern and southern side of the building. Even though it's not possible to guarantee finding a free spot, most people encounter no problems doing so.
