2BR Condo w/ Free Parking (1 queen bed setup)

A minimalist and spacious place where you can stay and relax. It's a 2-bedroom condo unit, 1 room has a queen size bed and the other room has been converted to living room with sofa bed and and extra folding bed. The place has HDTV with Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions, 200 Mbps PLDT Home Fiber Wifi, an access to the pool, gym, mini park, and kid's playground. It has 24-hour security and elevators. A nearby place from S&R Davao, MTS, and SM Ecoland. Easy access to Foodpanda and GrabFood. The space ANNOUNCEMENT Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) will be undertaking essential renovation work on our swimming pool facilities to enhance safety, functionality, and overall user experience. As a result, the following temporary closures will be in effect: * Kiddie Pool: Closed from June 23 to August 23, 2025 * Adult Pool: Closed from July 16 to September 16, 2025 —— The sleeping capacity can accommodate up to 6pax. Ito po ay 2 bedrooms pero 1 queen sized bed setup. 1 room lang po yung my bed and other room is a living room po. But we provide po 1 folding bed, 2 single foam beds and we have sofa bed. We also provide po 4 extra blankets and 7 pillows. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. Checkin anytime after 2pm. Check out on or before 12noon. 2. The condominium has no frontdesk/reception area but you can ask the host or the guard in the building for assistance. 3.Pool is max of 6 persons per condo unit. 4. Free use of pool for 3 persons only and for excess number of pax, you can pay P200/head (adults) & P100/head (kids) at the clubhouse. Pool is open from 6AM to 9PM daily. Pool is not available on every Monday for weekly maintenance. 5. Gym is located at the clubhouse where the pool is. 6. Pets not allowed 7.Vandalism is not allowed 8. Partying or Karaoke is only allowed within 8am to 5pm. 9. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the unit. 10.The TV remote is powered by a charger. In case the remote wont work, you will find the charger inside the living room side table. Please return it back after use. 11. All the furniture, appliances, and kitchenware are checked daily and before the arrival of guests. Please handle them with care, as any damages will be billed to the guest for repair or replacement. 12.Clean as you go. 13. Don’t leave trash or your belongings at the hallway. 14. Turn off lights, aircon, and other electrical appliances when leaving the room. 15.Please lock the main door always when you leave and lock the door when you checkout. Thank you! 16.If you have NO car, you can ask the building guard for assistance like calling a cab or taxi. ———— TOILET & BATHROOM RULES 1.) Please do not submerge the shower head under the water. It will cause the water heater to malfunction. 2.) Please do not throw or flush the toilet paper, napkin or other garbage into the toilet bowl. It will cause the pipe to clog. -------- HOW TO USE THE WATER KEYCARD: 1.) In case there's no water, please use the water keycard found in the jar where the keys are placed. 2.) Locate the water meter outside, in the hall way and place the keycard on top of it. Make sure on top of the censor. 3.) You will find a red button on the top and while the keycard is still on top of it, press the red button. 4.) You will hear a sudden noise, that indicates the water flow is opening again. 5.) Please check the faucets to confirm if the water is back. If not, please repeat the instructions above or repeat pressing the red button. 6.)
