The space The house overlooks the stream directly on the south side while the sea is on the west side. Large 75,000 sq. ft. (7000 m2) grassy lot, with a wooded east side. The house is fully equipped. With a size of 28'x40' or 1120 sq ft (104 m2). It includes a full bathroom with a large shower, whirlpool tub and front washer-dryer. Two closed bedrooms (king bed and queen bed) and a large open area including kitchen, dining room and living room. With the rising and falling tides, the stream offers the superb spectacle of abundant aquatic fauna: heron, kingfisher, otter, duck, eagle, falcon, etc. You can leave the stream by kayak or canoe, to get to the sea (Évangéline beach) a few meters away. A paradise for striped bass fishermen. Évangéline Beach stretches over more than one km, extending to the East Bank (Pirate Island) for another km, overlooking the mouth of the Bonaventure River and its aquatic reserve. The beach offers a view of Bonaventure, all the more beautiful at nightfall, when the city lights up and the striped bass fishermen settle in. The perfect time for a campfire. Guest access The entire ground floor accommodation is reserved for you.
