You don't need a car to get there because there are frequent direct trains (convenient and cheap). The furnishings and bathrooms, beds and kitchens are brand new. We have a total of 3 rooms characterized by different colors and finishes. The theme of the house is music because we love the history of music and we have numerous testimonies as themed furniture. If you're a large family, or a group of colleagues or friends, you can stay together in the same property by booking all 3 rooms through this listing. The rooms overlook an internal courtyard/garden. Room details - each measures 25 square meters 1) "Puccini" room on the ground floor: 1 double bed (160 x 200). Private bathroom and kitchenette. Direct access to the garden, through French windows. 2) "Verdi" room on the first floor: 1 king size bed (180 x 200) or two twin beds (90 x 200), you will tell us how you want the beds arranged. There is also a pouf that becomes a bed (70 x 200). Private bathroom and mini-kitchen. Access to the balcony for exclusive use (7 sqm) 3) "Rossini" room on the first floor: 1 king-size bed (180 x 200) or two twin beds (90 x 200), you tell us how you want the beds arranged. There is also a sofa that becomes a double bed with a futon mattress (160 x 200). The cost varies depending on the request, ranging from simple breakfast, to buffet breakfast. Breakfast is managed separately (not included in the price of the studio). In a space adjacent to the studio there is a SMALL LAUNDRY SPACE available TO guests to do hand laundry, with iron and ironing board and clothesline available.
