There will be no other guests besides you in the house. There is everything you need, in bright and clean spaces, sanitized and allergy-free furnishings. 10 minutes from the airport; 25 minutes from the center of Milan. You don't need a car to get there because there are frequent direct trains (convenient and cheap). The space We welcome you to our independent house completely renovated in 2023; we offer spaces designed and built to welcome guests giving security and tranquility. The furnishings and bathrooms, beds, and kitchens are brand new. We have a total of 3 rooms with different colors and finishes. The theme of the house is music because we love the history of music and we have numerous testimonies as themed furniture. If you are a large family, or a group of colleagues or friends, you can stay together in the same property by booking all 3 rooms through this listing. The rooms overlook an internal courtyard/garden. Detail of the rooms - each measures 25 square meters 1) "Puccini" room on the ground floor: 1 double bed (160 x 200). Private bathroom and mini-kitchen. Direct access to the garden, through the French window. 2) "Verdi" room on the second floor: 1 king size bed (180 x 200) or two single beds (90 x 200), you tell us how you want the beds arranged. There is also a pouf that becomes a bed (70 x 200). Private bathroom and mini-kitchen. Access to the balcony for exclusive use (7 sqm) 3) "Rossini" room on the first floor: 1 king size bed (180 x 200) or two single beds (90 x 200), you tell us how you want the beds arranged. There is also a sofa that becomes a double bed with a futon mattress (160 x 200).
