Studio 135 Freemans Reach offers a romantic getaway whilst capturing the charm of historic Windsor and showcasing some of Hawkesbury's historic homesites. The tranquil, rural setting can also be enjoyed from the rear with a furnished patio and a 2 person hot tub. The spacious studio has two living spaces and comes fully self contained and is set on 1/2 an acre of parklike grounds surrounded by larger acres and is situated close to Historic Windsor, Wilberforce and Richmond. The space Studio 135 comes fully furnished and self-contained and comes with an electric fireplace for a romantic getaway. The studio's decor has recieved many glowing appraisals whilst capturing the charm of historic Windsor. The studio is finished off with all modern comforts including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and an electric fire. The studio is separated from the main house by a double garage. The studio has a furnished undercover outdoor area where guests can waste their time relaxing or soaking in the 2 person hot tub (lounge spa). The area can also be transformed at night by festoon lights as you continue to unwind. A selection of games, walks and reading material about the local area are also available. Pod coffee and tea is also available . The property is very quiet and guests are often woken by the sweet song of local birdlife. A queen size sofa bed also sleeps an additional two people if required. The main residence has an adjoining fence which is also home to a friendly dog. Home to various bird species, Bushells Lagoon is only a short stroll down the country road. The street is also picturesque, characterized by grazing lands, cottages, horses and cattle and often frequented by avid bird photographers. We are situated approx 10 mins from historic Windsor where you can choose from an array of cafes and restaurants.
