Relax with the entire family at this comfortable lakeside house. Just an hour away from Winnipeg, north on #6 highway, this house with a large sunroom can be a quiet getaway, or even a temporary workspace. The space This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house in a 20-property development on Lake Manitoba, north of St. Laurent. There are 3 doubles, and one single bed. Guest access Guests are free to use all spaces, but note that the owner's stuff is in most closets as they do use the property themselves. The garage is largely off limits aside from disposing of garbage and recycling (or if the guest needs extra propane for the bbq). Other things to note This property is lakefront, with views of the lake from the kitchen and sunroom, as well as marvelous sunset views from the deck. There is a sandy beach area near the water, however it is rocky going down into the water. This area of Lake Manitoba is very shallow and is a mix of muddy bottom and sand bars. It's more of a splash pool than for swimming.
