Guest suit located on ground floor of a house with 2 large size BR, 1 Bathroom and living room exclusively for guests use only. Private entrance from the backyard . No kitchen Host lives on the 2 floor of the house. I have a child with allergies and asthma so no pets allowed Security cameras in driveway, backyard,outside the entrance on patio The space Guest suite is located on the ground floor of an upscale house built on hilly landscape. 25% of the unit’s walls are underground due to the hilly landscape. There are 2 steps of stairs to get to the entrance. Living room door opens up to resort like garden and covered patio. 1 BR has a queen bed and a twin size bed. 2nd BR has a queen bed. Driveway and backyard are shared spaces with host. *Security cameras in driveway. Backyard and outside the entrance door (patio). Guest access Backyard, backyard patio. No access to Gym in the guest suite Other things to note Gym is not for guests’ use. No visitors or parties allowed. No smoking or vaping and alcohol drinking allowed.
