Here at Creek's Edge B&B & Homestead, right in the middle of all the finger lakes, it is an easy drive to each lake and is only 5 min off the main highway Interstate 90. Here at this lovely property there is 1/2 mile of Canandaigua Outlet water frontage. Here at creek's edge Fishing Trails Bird watching, Osprys, Halk, Bald Eagles, Heron, Duck and other wildlife Hibachi grill Bose speakers 5 min from C.M.A.C for concerts 20 min to Bristol Mountain Massage chair Wine country The space When you book the house it comes with commercial kitchen living area dining area hibachi grill massage chair, wood stove. central heat and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, one bedroom has a queen size bed. when the you book the house you have the house exclusively to you. We do have the side foyer and basement restricted access and it's where we keep necessities for maintenance of the house and property and stock for cleaning supplies and goodies for the Airbnb part along with some personal belongings. like I said the house is exclusive to who booked it so feel free to use the stereo like it should and treat it like home. 🏠 Guest access Access to all of house besides cleaning room and basement. Other things to note Our house is a small lodge with a wood burning stove and an artesian well system for water, our well water does have a strong sulfur smell and is not intended for consumption. we do provide 15 gallons of fresh drinking water for cooking with and consumption. Yes our water has a unique smell to it, but it is completely normal for water to have the odor it does in out region of the state. The Air Conditioning is a window unit seeming how it's really only used 2 months out of the year. The property has a shared driveway with other airbnbs and we are currently putting in trails and campsites along the creek along the trails in the back of the property. if you decide to walk the trails, please be cautious. they are not finished and currently being worked on. If you need help with anything there will always be a caretaker on or around the property to help you with anything .
