The layout features two separate living spaces—upstairs and downstairs—connected by a door, offering both privacy and flexibility for groups staying together. Enjoy two fully stocked kitchens, a comfortable work desk, and in-home laundry. The fully fenced backyard is great for pets, kids, or relaxing nights by the fire pit under the stars. Each level has its own entrance and living area, making it easy for multiple families or groups to share the home without giving up personal space. A smart lock on the main entrance makes check-in simple and flexible. With fast WiFi, smart TVs, and plenty of room to spread out, this home is designed for comfort, connection, and ease. Please note: the downstairs bathroom and one bedroom doorway have a lower ceiling height (about 63”). It’s never been an issue for us or past guests, but we want to be upfront so you know what to expect. If you’re tall, just a little mindful ducking might be needed! Guest access Enjoy access to the whole property 👍 Other things to note Parking: Parking is free, and guests are welcome to use the driveway. There are also two additional spaces available on the street in front of the home. If it snows, please try to keep vehicles in the driveway so the street can be plowed. ❄️ • Thermostat: Feel free to adjust the thermostat to your comfort. It’s located near the closet in the living room. • Entrances: Both levels of the home have their own exterior entrance for added privacy and flexibility. • Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that guests keep noise levels down during the evenings. •The downstairs bathroom and one bedroom doorway have a lower ceiling height.
