This brand-new ultra-luxury 2 bedroom “Adult Only” apartment is part of Blue Point, an upscale condominium residence on the southern fringe of Patong. From the living room, the view of the Patong bay is stunning, with colours of the sea and sky ever changing from morning to evening. There is a shared infinity pool with loungers sitting in shallow water, to cool off after a hot day outside. The nearby Paradise beach is a beautiful hidden gem. This unit is completely new and has been appointed by our team with great care. It features a large living room with a sofa and media center (TV and audio system), with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, with top to bottom clear windows that offer uncluttered views of the Patong Bay. It's a magical experience to wake up with the Andaman right in front of view, framed by the rolling hills covered in lush tropical forest. Surely one of our very best units in Phuket! Please note: This is an “Adult Only” apartment. Children under 15 years old are not allowed. The condo is located inside a gated private residence. The whole unit is yours. The pool is shared but there is hardly anyone else using it. There is parking space for your car or scooters. We have a small and lovely team to take care of our guests and properties. Our senior concierge is incredibly knowledgeable about the Patong area, having lived here for many years. He will look after all your needs during your stay and share tips to enjoy our area. He can also recommend carefully selected activities such as boat trips, a visit to the elephant retirement park, jungle ATV or Zipline. Located in a secure and peaceful residence just at the southern edge of Patong, the condo is a stone-throw from all the famous hot spots while being close to the lovely beach of Karon as well. There is also a more secluded beach just nearby, a well-kept secret among Phuket residents! We will be happy to indicate you the best way to go there. In 5 minutes, you will be in the heart of Patong: Bangla Road, the night life magnet, and Jung Ceylon shopping centre. Our team can call tuktuks (open air red vans seating up to 10 people) or 12-seater modern vans to go anywhere on the island. Scooter and car rentals can be arranged. The vehicles will be delivered directly to the villa and formalities are light. The app GRAB is also available in Phuket. Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. A refunded damage deposit of 5000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: This is an “Adult Only” apartment. Children under 15 years old are not allowed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
