Our house is located in the heart of Tergnier, not far from the train station, (4 minutes by car and 17 minutes on foot), and close to 3 supermarkets, if you need to do some shopping. We would be happy to host you, Welcome 🏡 The space Our accommodation has been completely renovated; it is spacious and bright. It includes a kitchen that opens onto the dining room and the living room. The kitchen extractor hood needs to be replaced following a fault. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a 140×200 bed and the other with a single bed. Our property has a patio where you can relax. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We would like to inform our kind guests who rent the house on a monthly basis that we cover up to 200 euros of electricity costs. Beyond this amount, we will ask you to pay the difference. I appreciate your understanding.
