Cozy townhouse

Soak up the modern charm of our townhouse. Our house is located in the heart of Tergnier, not far from the train station, (4 minutes by car and 17 minutes on foot), and close to 3 supermarkets, if you need to do some shopping. We would be happy to host you, Welcome 🏡 The space Our accommodation has been completely renovated; it is spacious and bright. It includes an open plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen hood needs to be replaced following a breakdown. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a 140×200 cm bed and the other with a single bed. Our property has a patio where it's nice to relax. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We inform our kind guests who rent the house by the month that we cover up to €200 in electricity costs. Beyond this amount, we will ask you for the difference. Thank you for your understanding.
