We are a community of families who have chosen this residential development for permanent occupation, or as a home for family rest and relaxation. As a tenant, we urge you to strictly adhere to the following community rules: OUTDOOR MUSIC. It should not interfere with the activities of neighboring homes. It is only allowed for no more than two continuous hours, outside the following ranges: 1:00 – 3:00 pm Not beyond 9:00pm to 9:00am (unless authorized by the community) Music outside these hours should be used behind closed doors so that it does not interrupt neighbors' activities. BEHAVIOR AND MOVEMENT: Out-of-place shouting and foul language that disturbs the neighbors is strictly forbidden. Circulation in common areas prohibits clothing in swimsuits, as well as the crowding of people outside the homes. The parking spaces available are strictly those offered by the rented house. Resident vehicles must be located in the Club House. Only temporary visitors will be able to park in front of the homes, without interrupting traffic. GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Waste produced during your stay must be placed in closed plastic bags and deposited inside the garbage cans in the common area. Bags should not be left in sight in front of homes. REQUEST AND READ THE GUAVABERRY COUNTRY CLUB COEXISTENCE REGULATIONS. OTHER COMMUNITY RULES TO RESPECT PETS: Animals that could become dangerous are strictly prohibited. RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT: Trees, streets, and the exterior of homes must not be altered with signs, lights, paintings, tents, or any modification that is out of harmony with the residential area. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: Do not access properties except the one rented and the common areas. OCCUPANCY CAPACITY: Only as agreed in the rental agreement. PARTIES AND GROUP ACTIVITIES: They must comply with the regulations on schedules and indoor or outdoor location, in addition, they must comply with the rules of the Dominican Government regarding this type of activities during the State of Emergency. APPLICATION OF CONSEQUENCES: The tenant will be warned of their transgression of a rule and will be invited to depose their action or attitude. If this does not happen immediately, the community, through any resident or manager, reserves the right to call security or police authorities to enforce the rules (this will include a written communication to the owner of the property).
