Cozy half-timbered house with large garden

Hello dear guests! I am Britta and I warmly welcome you to Lommersdorf! From here, numerous destinations can be reached quickly. My old half-timbered house was built around 1760 and is looking forward to nice holiday guests. The house has about 80 sqm of living space and is very cozy and high-quality. 1000 sqm of wild romantic garden invite you to relax. The space The house is suitable for 4 people, a 5th would also have space, then it gets a little tighter at the dining table. A few meters down the road is the village shop, here you can buy everything you need for a cozy breakfast. Under the photos, you'll find a quick info about the different rooms. Our cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan living area on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious garden. The ceiling height and wooden beams are typical of Eifel half-timbered houses, somewhat lower and, for example, in the living room about 2 m high, the wooden beam in the passage 1.92 m. A wooden staircase takes you up where the shower room and bedrooms are located. All beds are equipped with high quality mattresses and washable mattress pads. In the big garden you find several cozy seating. The wood for the fireplace is NOT included. I am happy to provide wood for an evening in case I have enough left. Since my wooden supplies are not infinite, I ask you to bring your own wood or buy it at the hardware store in Blankenheim. Guest access The entire house and garden are reserved for the guests only Other things to note The city of Blankenheim charges an overnight tax of 3% of the overnight price, which is already included. As the landlord of a vacation home, I am obliged to have a registration form filled out upon arrival. On it, First and last name, date of birth, nationality, address, time of arrival and, in addition, for persons who are not resident in Germany, the ID number is noted.
