We suggest you come and stay in our charming 180 m2 house with swimming pool in a wooded environment, not overlooked, in Urcuit, charming little traditional Basque village located in the Adour valley 15 km from the ocean. Peace and quiet are guaranteed to recharge your batteries close to many sites and activities of the country and the Basque coast, shops on site. Access is easy from the airport, Bayonne train station, Biarritz or the highway network in less than 15’. The space The house welcomes you with family or friends up to 8 people and everything will be ready to welcome you so you can enjoy it from the first minute. On the ground floor: a large very bright living space opens onto a garden of 1200m² fully enclosed, fully equipped kitchen + back kitchen (2nd fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer). The dining area with a large table for 8, the living room with fireplace, TV (160 channels box) One bedroom with 140 bed, Bathroom and large closet/wardrobe. Upstairs, a relaxation/reading area with mezzanine sofa and: -a bedroom with a 140 bed, large closet, shower room and toilet - a desk with computer and sofa bed in 160 separable into 2 beds of 80 -a master suite with a balcony, a double bed in 160, dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower bath and toilet. Umbrella bed and high chaie available Different spaces await you in the garden, South side a covered terrace facing the heated pool (7x4) with large table for 8 and its gas plancha (Forge Adour) and another terrace on the west side with garden furniture and ping pong table. Sunbathing, sunbeds and large umbrella available In front of the house a large parking lot for 4 cars, remote-controlled electric gate. Guest access the entire property is available for your use except garages. Other things to note To be provided in addition: €160 for the cleaning fee, linens (optional) including sheets, bath towels for €20/person and the tourist tax that will be requested from you upon arrival. This cleaning fee includes maintenance and disinfection, but not full cleaning. This means that you will be asked for a daily interview.
