A mill in the woods - cozy apartment in nature

The Molinello is an ancient mill surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love silence. It has been completely renovated to make it cozy and functional, but preserving the original features that make it a special place. Next to the building flows the river that in the past operated the millstones, and that creates small waterfalls and pools of clear and fresh water. It is located less than 2 km from the Via degli Dei, and is 25 minutes from the Rioveggio toll booth (the last km is on a dirt road). The space The guest accommodation is a portion of our house, with independent access from the terrace overlooking the waterfalls. On the entrance floor is the bathroom, complete and windowed. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, with a ceiling with exposed beams, where there is the bedroom (1 to 4 beds) and the living area, equipped with a dining table and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee maker (there are no fires for cooking). Guest access In addition to the rooms dedicated to their exclusive use, guests have a terrace overlooking the waterfalls, and can access the outdoor spaces of the property. The river flows right next to the building, and is the ideal place to relax to the sound of water. Other things to note Our house is in the middle of the woods, ideal for those who love silence. We highly recommend arriving with the light and taking some time to appreciate the surrounding nature. The accommodation has been recently renovated, and furnished in an essential but functional way. We offer breakfast, which we serve at the table in our kitchen.
